High Alumina Castables are monolithic refractory materials formulated with high-quality bauxite aggregate, refractory fine powder, hydraulic cement binder and multi-functional additives. The raw materials are precisely proportioned, mixed and processed into dry powder form, which can be directly mixed with clean water, poured and vibrated on site to form integral furnace lining without pre-firing. It is the most versatile and cost-effective aluminosilicate castable for medium and high temperature industrial furnaces.
